A wonderful villa tastefully furnished in Sardinian style, situated in a panoramic position overlooking the bay of Cala di Volpe, with lovely views across the Costa Smeralda. This property is located within a private complex of 12 villas guarded 24/7.
The ground floor consists of a dining room, a bright spacious living room with a large window, a fireplace, satellite TV, a fully equipped kitchen and a small guest bathroom. The covered veranda is furnished with comfortable sofas and features an outdoor dining room with a lovely view of the sea. The sleeping area on the first floor consists of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms: one master bedroom with en suite bathroom with tub, one double bedroom with en suite shower bathroom, one twin bedroom for children, one single bedroom ideal for the nanny and another bathroom with shower. The rooms have sea views, except for the small one, and they are equipped with air-conditioning. The main rooms have access to a large terrace.
In the basement, there is another double bedroom with en suite bathroom, ideal for guests or for domestic staff. It has not air conditioning. The house is surrounded by a private and well-kept garden, which is fully enclosed and is equipped with sunbeds. Children and also adults will enjoy the outdoor areas and the garden: a beautiful stone barbecue is also at the disposal of guests. The condominium swimming pools, one for adults and one for children, are only 100 metres away from the Villa. The pool area commands an unparalleled view of the entire Costa Smeralda. The pool is open every day from 10:00 to 13:00 and from 15:30 to 19:30 and for everyone's safety there is a lifeguard.
